Can I place an order with a purchase order?
Yes, we also accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If there is a problem processing your card, your order will be delayed until we are able to contact you and verify the card number.
 
I placed an order online but did not receive a confirmation. Should I order again?
No. Please contact our customer service department at 888-350-5005 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm CST or send an email to customerservice@dominionpub.com. Please include your customer name, zip code, and the approximate date and time of your order. It is likely that we received your order, but because of a typographical error in your email address or other mail server errors, the confirmation never reached you.
 
What is the status of my order?
In stock orders usually ship within 1 business day from the date you placed your order. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless an alternative shipping method is requested. Shipping time from Iowa is 2-5 business days within the continental US. Please view your shopping cart for current shipping rates.
 
If you have provided an email address, you should receive shipping confirmation and tracking number from UPS, barring any typographical errors in your email address or mail server issues.
 
I need my order quickly. How can I requested expedited shipping?
We offer UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air services. Please request faster shipping in the "Customer Comments" section of your shopping cart or by calling 888-350-5005. We will contact you with a shipping quote for approval unless you indicate that this step is unnecessary. Next day shipping costs range from $25-$50 depending on the shipping address and the size of the package, while second day air charges often range from $15-$30.
 
If your expedited order does not arrive on time, please call us at 888-350-5005 within 10 days or we will not be able to obtain a refund from the shipper.
 
I did not receive all the books I ordered. What do I do?
Contact our customer service department at 888-350-5005 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm CST. They will research your order and make corrections as necessary. Any discrepancies on outbound shipments must be reported within 14 days from date of invoice.
 
I received a defective or damaged book. What do I do?
Contact our customer service department at 888-350-5005 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm CST. They will see that a new book is shipped out and make any arrangements for return of the damaged book.
 
Claims regarding shortages or damaged/defective materials must be made within 14 days of receipt. Non-receipt of an order must be reported within 120 days of the invoice date.
 
How do I return a book/product?
Returns must be accompanied by invoice. Please call us at 888-350-5005 to get return permission before sending your books! Returns will only be accepted within the first two weeks of purchase, and all returned product must be in print, unused, and in saleable condition.
 
Accepted returns will be credited to your account.
